The Rosenblum Companies is honored to receive the 2015 TOBY “Earth Award.”  The TOBY (“The Office Building of the Year”) Awards, nationally acknowledged as the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind, recognize excellence in building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning, and community impact.

The  Earth Award is given to a property where the building and building management team preserve and enhance the internal and external environment through green and sustainable programs. Sustainability is a core value of The Rosenblum Companies, which invests in green practices that are not only beneficial to the environment, but result in healthier, more economical workplaces.
